When I first named grace as one of my core values, I felt something shift. I could breathe deeper. Take up more space.
Grace lives deep inside me, in how I experience myself and relate to the world. And still, it wasn’t the easiest value to identify. Naming it out loud felt vulnerable, even for someone who spends her days helping others navigate vulnerability.
But once I claimed grace as one of my values, the rest of my values seemed to solidify even more, and I recognized something special. Grace is already a word people reach for when they describe their experience of me. Something deep inside me smiles, every time it’s mentioned.
See, values aren’t just words on a page. They’re a living expression.
Five values guide this work: Love, Curiosity, Trust, Harmony, and Grace.
Love, because transformation asks to be met with warmth and compassion, not judgment.
Curiosity, because exploration often matters more than answers.
Trust, in the process, in the timing, in you, and in that which is unseen and often unnamed.
Harmony, the thread that lets everything align and build momentum.
Grace, for yourself, for others, and for life, especially in the moments that ask the most of you.

Before I began working with Emily I was struggling with my path in life; I was very successful in my career, my marriage, and had good relationships but felt extremely challenged to live, everyday.
